Clear Needs Lead to Clear Hires
I received a telephone call recently from a client desperately trying to fill a vacancy in her accounting office. After describing the situation she read the position description to me.
The most common question I'm asked by new clients who are focusing on succession planning is: "How do I start?" It's a great question and many clients don’t anticipate the answer I give them:
I was recently asked by an executive team,
"How do we start pulling a Succession Plan together? We believe we have many of the pieces already, but we don't know what to do with them."
