By taking this assessment with others, you’re modeling the precedent for your team and your organization.
Either the day of the event or shortly before we meet you’ll be receiving an individual report based on your answers to the leadership assessment. Before you review your report, keep in mind, your results may surprise you. These stages are not linked to years of leadership experience or prior leadership successes. Instead, they focus on what leadership behaviors your team may need of you now to help them gain the skills they need to move themselves – and therefore you/the organization forward . What they need of you and what you would prefer to continue to do may be two different things.
